Managing Organic Swards

Objective: To minimise organic milk production costs by better production and utilisation of grazed grass and silage.

Challenge: Establish your current level of utilised grass DM production. Set a realistic improvement target for this year. Develop a plan to achieve 9 tonnes of utilised DM/ha within the next three years.
