Negotiating and Influencing Skills course, 7 January 2015 Crewe, Cheshire

This course aims to build and develop existing skills to achieve positive outcomes when influencing and negotiating agreements with staff, suppliers or customers. It will enable participants to confidently prepare and manage discussions which lead to win-win outcomes.

The programme is delivered in a very interactive style, providing the participants’ opportunity to discuss their experiences of negotiating agreements, raise concerns and share ideas, and also to practice the key skills involved. The course is suitable for anyone responsible for making and reaching agreements.
